If you didn't catch it each programme followed a successful Irish Businessperson to various African countries as they attempted to set up sustainable businesses that would also benefit local communities. A brilliant idea and from the evidence of the shows some of them achieved tangible results. Of course It's debatable to whether or not they would have done it if the cameras weren't there or how long term their interest in do-gooding really is, but nevertheless it's good to see that our native plutocrats aren't a complete shower of bastards.
