I like when you’re at the airport and they ask you if you’ve ever been arrested under the prevention of terrorism act…like anyone’s going to answer heartily “yes I have!”

psychotropic: Having an altering effect on perception, emotion, or behavior.

I guess it depends what they mean by “dependent” and “abuse”.

I think I was detained under the PTA once, but I don’t think that counts as arrested.
